Dedicated to the memory of our beautiful mum Ita Patterson
Family meant the world to our beautiful mum. Her six children and 10 grandchildren were her world and she was ours.
We will be forever grateful to have such a kind, loving and caring mum. Our hearts are broken but we take comfort in knowing she has been reunited with her beloved mother, father and brother Seamus. She is in our hearts and our thoughts every day and we will continue to honour her memory in every way we can.
We'd like to say a very special thank you to Saint Francis Hospice for the outstanding compassion and care they gave mum in the last two weeks of her life and for all the support it gave to our family.
